This year’s Clásica will feature 25 teams and a total of 175 riders.
The organizers have sent out the invitations to the UCI Pro Teams. It has proved very hard to decide what teams to invite this year. Competition and new additions have made it a tough choice.
The 19 UCI World Tour teams will be accompanied by 6 UCI Pro Teams:
- TeamArkea – Samsic
- Team TotalEnergies
- Caja Rural-Seguros RGA
- Burgos-BH
- Euskaltel-Euskadi
- Equipo Kern Pharma.
“The UCI Pro Teams showed their potential at the Itzulia and we want to continue helping them to show what they are capable of. As in previous years, we are sure that all the teams taking part will acquit themselves well” stated Julián Eraso.
