Based on the UCI rankings, 3 other teams are eligible to take part in the Clásica, all of which will be on the start line for this year’s race:
- Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team
- Team Cofidis
- Tudor Pro Cycling Team
In addition, the organisers have invited 4 more teams:

The 25 teams will take part in the 45th Clásica San Sebastián, and a total of 175 riders will battle it out for a place at the top of the podium on 1 August in San Sebastian.
